Hotel near WIAA Hockey Tournament
Attention Hockey Mom’s and Dad’s the WIAA boys’ and girls’ State Hockey Tournament is fast approaching. If your son or daughter (or both) make it through sectionals you are going to need a comfort home base for all the cheerleaders your family can muster. Located only a few miles from the Alliant Energy Center, the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel is close enough to make sure you get to (hopefully) all three games in the tournament in time for warm-ups. Afterwards, body-check our mattresses and find your self dreaming of a championship.
The tournament goes from Thursday March 3 through Saturday March 5 (4th and 5th for the girls). As soon as your team wins sectionals book your room for a great weekend at Madison and state championship under your belt. I wouldn't say a win is guaranteed, but a great nights rest at the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel certainly wouldn't hurt.
